From the “Sawtooth Stories” Giving Tuesday Campaign
Guilford College
I created a documentary for Guilford College’s Black History Month Kickoff event. This promotional piece highlights the impact of the event and how the history of the college lead up to that moment.
The Present Absence Project
The Present Absence Project was an inclusive public art project that highlights the history of Kate Bitting Reynold’s Memorial Hospital. The hospital was the first Black hospital in Winston-Salem, NC. The project culminated in a documentary and mural about the people who worked and learned there. I created a website to highlight the project. You can view it here.
National Guild for Community Arts Education
As the Learning and Engagement Manager at the National Guild for Community Arts Education, I was tasked with designing programming, facilitating events and providing administrative support. I also ran the Youtube account, updated the resources section of our website and designed an online forum. For most of the Guild’s programing, they provided members with supplemental materials which were added to their resource center. Below, I have included a sampling of the communications work I supported.
